This thread is for primarily FTSE 100, but maybe FTSE 250/350 shares that have underperformed the index during 2013.

One year I bought the "dogs" of the 350 and was rewarded appropriately for my stupidity in the following year.
I can still feel my fingers tingling.

Brilliant thread SK. Makes you think (and understand) that sometimes the FT100 is a dangerous place even for dividend payers! I am sure there are some good buys in there. Perhaps SSE, CNA and HBSA. Do not hold but may have a closer look.

I hold SSE and HSBA (as of December) - the former a bit sick today.

But they will not disappear overnight! Perhaps a good thread would be for Recovery of the Dog shares! Companies like Dixons have been major dog shares but have taken the medicine and offer a fair amount of 'current' value.
