NEWTON, Mass., July 1, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- TripAdvisor, Inc. (NASDAQ: TRIP), the world's largest travel site*, announced today that it will release its second quarter financial results after market close on Wednesday, July 23, 2014. On that day, the company will hold a conference call and live webcast at 4:30 p.m. ET to review and discuss the company's business highlights and results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. In addition, the company may discuss business and financial developments and trends and other matters affecting the company, some of which may not have been previously disclosed. A recorded version of the webcast will be available shortly after the live call and will be accessible at http://ir.tripadvisor.com/events.cfm for at least twelve months following the conference call.

Tripadvisor (NASDAQ: TRIP) 11.5% LOWER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.55, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.61. Revenue for the quarter came in at $323 million versus the consensus estimate of $321.7

don't know what the undisclosed stuff was either, but can't have been that dramatic as it's not mentioned that i have seen

fortunately i only have a few, and even after the tumble, i'll only be a few $ down on buying price, so no real damage
