Morning!


In the US last night, the Dow rose 59 points to 16,979, the Nasdaq fell 2 points to
4,526 and the S&P 500 gained 5 points at 1,987.

In Asia today, the Nikkei was recently up 99.12 points at 15,553.57 and the Hang Seng down 232.71 points at 24,927.05.

WTI crude oil traded at $96.07 a barrel and Brent at $102.28.

Gold settled at $1,293.40 an ounce.
