Kernow - well spotted! :-)

In the US on Friday, the Dow finished down 21 at 16,392 the Nasdaq up 16 at 4,504 and the S&P 500 flat at 1,918.

In Asia today, the Nikkei was recently up 161.25 points at 16,118.04 - the Hang Seng was up 189.40 points at 19,474.90.

WTI crude oil traded at $29.64 a barrel and Brent at $33.01.

Gold settled at $1,230.40 an ounce.

Not sure Fred. I'm frustrated as my construction stocks held up ever so well as the FTSE got pummelled and aren't now going with the trend.

I draw the conclusion that someone is rotating out of construction into oil/banks/miners/insurance - take you pick really.

I don't think they are using their money very wisely but hey the market is always right
