petition for clarity on buy and sells (PCB)

We believe the current system works against the private investor as buys are shown as sells and vise versa according to the ask and bid price set by the market makers at the time of trading. We believe this is wide open to manipulation and misinterprets the facts

Hmm. I quite like things the way they are and I'm not sure how changing things would help.

All you would get instead is a whole load of off-mark transactions including differing commissions, rebates, fixed fees and pooled transactions.
