I wonder why MoneyAm is an underused BB.
I ask because this site appears to me to be a cut, and I mean a big Cut. above most popular financial BBs where insults and profanity is ever acceptable by their cloned robotic moderators.
Take for example LSE, In my most limited opinion this site has a hidden addenda with no respect for Freedom of Expression, pampering as it obviously does to the ramping majority.
I usually don't bother with stuff like this as normally I am a read only BB user. However TW. Love him or hate him, did a very stinging piece on LSE and its BB, so at least my comments have found a little authority which I think, like half a loaf, is better than none!

No easy answer to that question, though I think that this BB is frequented mostly by traders and investors who are probably out of their teens or twenties and who take life a bit more seriously. I put this BB on a par with Motley Fool, though some stocks are missing from their list.
The pump & dumpers who enjoy the banter and the insults seem to congregate on the obvious BB's.......we used to have a few here, but they pushed the boundaries and were moved on.
It's a shame that there isn't a better mix of traders on this site, but again I wonder as you get older that the buzz of risking more than you can afford loses it's appeal. Maybe we are more confident in the investing decisions we make so don't need too much input from others?
Personally I use this BB to keep up to date with the stocks I either own or watch, and also to have a look at other ideas put forward. It's just a way of expanding my knowledge, but with the usual caveats of doing your own research etc.

Thanks Harry great reply.
You hit the nail smack on the head when you stated expand your knowledge as this leads me to believe that on the crass sites they already think that they have full knowledge which is quite obvious that they don't.
