Note special dividends excluded in above link

An information source for high yielding stocks. My interest is in gaining a reliable income stream from dividends and bonds, whilst still holding the opportunity for capital growth

My mind has turned to securing my future and retiring early as a few things have changed for me:
1. Doing a traditional job doesn't provide me much except some company. The actual work does my head in 90% of the time
2. I got lucky after Brexit and made a substantial amount of money. I was fortunate enough to be holding some stocks subject to takeover at the time which didn't fall and I swapped them for a raft of stuff. Alot of it doubled or tripled. (ALD,SHAW,TW.,PSN)
3. The 15k and now £20k ISA allowance has significantly helped as anything within the tax wrapper avoids capital erosion through inflation and taxation

A thread therefore on investing for income

A useful article. Note I'm not sure the DLG dividend is correct. It would have to include for a special dividend which was not declared about a month ago. Further research required.
