Last night I was threatened and showered with abuse by a fellow motorist who followed me for some time and cut me up on purpose twice, it could have potentially caused a very nasty accident. He was driving recklessly and at high speed.

What do I do now? I have a witness, though they are a friend who was in my car at the time.

Is there any way of finding out this persons name/address using his Registration Number WITHOUT involving the police? I would rather deal with this myself to be honest.

Anyone had similar experiences - what happened?
