Nice chart, but a pull back today like the rest of the market?

I gather that analyst Richard Lucas at brokers Corporate Synergy reckons that the shares of this Yorkshire-based house-building group are a Buy. Following the recent Trading Update he has increased his current and next year profit estimates. He considers the shares to be "on a prospective multiple for the full year of just 4.1 times which represents a considerable discount to the sector."
