The market may crash again in July, according to Tom Hougaard a few weeks ago.

Personally I subscribe to the chartist view that the market has fallen through the base of a rising wedge - a very bearish signal. Thinking back a few months, there were many forecasting that if we did recover, then 4200 looked the likely ceiling. Well, we hit that target so we've had a darned good run for the past QTR; and taking profits in the expectation of cheaper stock after the summer may be no bad thing. However, I do not expect the market to challenge previous lows. A c.10% fall back to 3650 would be my guess.
