Can someone explain?

Handle - 30 Jul 2003 00:07

i apologise if this a stupid question ..... but having registered what is the difference between the investors room and the traders room

little woman - 30 Jul 2003 00:35 - 2 of 12

Access to the traders room is by subscription (although if you apply for the free trial level 2, you can find out for free!)& the investors room is free.

A lot of day traders, and very knowledgeable people tend to use the traders room, but from time to time they kindly grace the investors room with their presence & knowledge!

I hope moneyam doesn't mind, but one of the marketing info I have says:

Log onto www.moneyam.com/magazine and enter the code shares26. If that offer is no longer available try logging on to www.moneyam.com/shares2/ and enter the code shares2606!

Ian - Perhaps it would be a good idea to have a Traders Room open day once a week? Or better still, just combine the two.

Jeroo,

Sorry for being stupid but what do you mean by traders room open day?

Thanks

Ian

That's alright Ian ;) What I meant was perhaps everyone who has registered for the free investors room could access the traders room once a week to see what's going on inside rather than sitting wondering if it's worth paying for, minus the ability to post replies? Peek and no poke so to speak?

I mostly forget that the investors room exists until I miss-cue the mouse pointer and end up here.

I think there is a free access to traders room at the moment - I have been emailed a passwrod - it appear much the same as the investors room from the breif look I had

I think the most notable difference is the posts to the traders thread - a blow by blow account of what's going on in the markets as it happens, shared trading ideas, informed commentary, and the occasional irreverance.

To see Friday's traders thread click here

or this thread here which I wish I'd looked at much earlier
