InnoBox............The origanl objective was to manufacture packaging for aerospace. The packaging manufacturing was sold of for a consideration of cash and shares in the new company (shares were recieved by Innobox on the initialsale and shares will be recieved if the company exceed the set performance targets).
Therefore after an outstanding debt to the company had been paid. Innobx had been a cash shell company with no debts over it head.
Well set yourself a mission look at the notes on this company (which you can recieve from Money AM if you poke around a little)
I have done my Calculations on Innobox and come up with a share value of 0.145p per share and if the new packaging company exceed the target in the original sale agreement with Innobox then I would put the share value up at around 0.20/ 0.25p per share.
I'm glad to say my holding now exceeds 1% of the Innobox issued share capital
