Please does anyone have anything to say re the announcement of Mouchel's (MCHL) offer on 21-08-03 to buy Parkman Group (PKN) - as i have a few PKN ? Am i better cashing in , or taking Mouchel shares & please could you explain your reasoning ?? Thanks .

1.2305 MCHL for each PKN share looks like quite a good deal - though I'm not familiar with either company. (as you can see from my other posts - I'm preoccupied with small caps which are imminently due to go ballistic).
