Given that this share has consistently dropped recently; does anyone have any hopeful news or other rational reason why I should take the opportunity to increase my holding? I bought some at 1.2 and have watch them fall ever since - now could be agreat time to get some more - but not unless they are really likely to climb back.
Any opinions?? (please!!)

Well, my opinion is not to be trusted ! just look at my previous posting back in January ?
Just shows what I know ! I wasn't the only one to be stitched up though.. I've still got my original holding of 35k shares, now worth next to nothing, so I'm holding on.
You'll need to do more research on this. I haven't read the company releases in detail. Is there any dilution of shares involved ?, if not, then IMHO it could be worth a punt, assuming all the bad news is out of the way.
It would be nice to to see some contract wins etc..

I'll do what I can of a financial analysis to see if the asset worth actually has any worth. If I can get enough decent info., I'll post it.
Thanks, skyhigh.

It's because they do not want to draw attention to themselves as they got it completely wrong.

SOME GOOD NEWS
Derek Pain, one of Saturday's Independent's private investor diarists, features Wigmore (WGT.L), as he highlights the vulnerability of smallcap shares. He reviews recent events and noted that two slow trading quarters attracted the attention of its bank, despite having an encouraging order book and a terribly dilutive fundraising was undertaken. However, according to Mr Pain Wigmore should survive, but it has "lost the ebullient image that once made it such a promising player on the small-cap stage." The shares were unchanged from Friday's close and stood at 0.43p.
NB: The prices quoted above were taken on or around 11 am on Monday 21 June 2004.

Tell it like it is! that's what I always say...
I've got 50000 shares that I've held for nearly a year (bought at 2.69p) I've lost practically all the value. Wish I'd put a stop loss on this to minimise the loss. It's too late now so.. .will hang on for a recovery. Don't care how it comes about or how long it will take. :)

I have a large holding in Wigmore and will waite for recovery. Their is no reason why this company will not recover. They have a very high profile customers plus a 12 MILLION ORDER BOOK. Given time more contracts will be achieved. Look at their web site and their clients.
