Royal Sun Alliance (RTD) rights issue! (RTD)

Anyone taking up the rights issue on Royal Sun alliance? It's on a 1 for 1 basis and each 'new' share is 70p!

Not sure if I'll bother myself, maybe sell the 'rights' for 30p? make a profit that way!

Anyone any thoughts on these shares?
