This one is bizarre there have over 100 million buys in 2 days in a company of only 124 million shares and yet the price has nosedived.

This is beyond me - can anyone explain?

Sorry to raise this again but look at the trades on this one -

Seemingly over 130 million shares bought today and just over 4 million sold meaning 126 million more buys than sells

Yet the company only has 124 million shares. On this basis the share should have rocketed but instead fell by over 50%!

Also how can more shares be bought than actually exist.

I am completely baffled. Can someone help as I would like to get some sleep tonight and at the present time I will be wrestling with this conundrum.

I read something about a bunch from ADVFN buying the company, this being a basket case..It seems they have gone off the rails. i understand there is a meeting on Monday to issue new shares in lieu of money owing to creditors but it is nothing more than a shell.

It looks like they will be left with next to nothing come Monday but it could be investigated bythe FSA due to the shorting of the stock by MM.

I attended AGM but like a number of others was unable to vote because I had bought through a nominee account and although registrar had a fax from the Halifax re my holding they would only accept an original.

I would estimate that with the people present which can't have been more than 25 or so there appeared to be interest in nearly 100% of the shares and yet from other boards there appear to be 100's of others all of whom seem to have reasonable holdings. As you say the MMs seem to have dramatically sold this one short.

There was a vote for capital re-organisation and I would therefore have thought that the MMs will have to balance their books shortly. I am sure they are gambling on lots of people selling out prior to settlement dates. If this is not the case and as to day 10 million more buys than sells then at some point soon they will have to pay richly for the shares no matter what the value of the company either currently or as a reverse takeover prospect.

That may be today. Just before the open SCAP, EVO and WINS are all offering a spread of 7-11p. It closed last night at 0.06-0.1p!

Maybe this is some strange anomoly but I picked up 50,000 shares a couple of days ago and am watching this like a hawk!

Very strange. ShareScope isn't giving me any data on RSV. Hoodless Brennan, who hold the stock, reckon this must represent some kind of consolidation and won't trade the share until they know exactly what I'm holding.

Anyone got any idea what's going on with it?

Well, indeed there has been a 1 for 100 consolidation of the shares along with a name change for the company.

its hilarious

this share is a joke i had 2.7m shares yesterday at an average price of 0.106p
now today i have 26k shares at an average of 10.6p the sell price is 5p im 1500 quid down and they have suspended it again so even if i could afford to take a loss i couldnt sell,
it says pending an announcement how long will we all be waiting for this i hope its not 3 months like last time,sorry to whinge but im fed up of this company taking people for mugs!

it would be interesting to know what everyone else is holding and at what break even price
