Systems Union....news coming? (SUG)

Hi guys,
Noticed that SUG was up 6% or so yesterday and already showing similar gain today against a flat market (ignoring the somersaults in AZM of course!).They had the aquisition earlier in the week but anyone got any other opinions on the rises?
