I would like to know what is happening about the takeover bid-no news for some time but shares moving up and company seems to be doing well.

Hemscott have moved up very fast on no news, now just holding steady anyone got some info. or ideas? When are we likely to hear something?

Just reading the new share-buyback % details leaves my head spinning - for goodness sake have the Directors got nothing better to do than create funny schemes?
It's about time they tried to show a profit (er yes, that's your whole purpose being there), so we retail shareholders can get a return - even a dividend based on years of holding would be nice!
For what used to be a financial institution their market activity has bee pretty damn poor = no, it has been lousy.

Yep they are to Delist from AIM, pretty soon - good riddance to a bunch of incompetants - just in it as a hobby are they?

Not the worst AIM-listed company, but close - - - for one that appears to have financial knowledge at their fingertips, it seems they can't make a go of what looks like a simple business.......Once private, just watch the profits ....that will rather prove that they were never focussed on shareholder-value.......IMHO it was a risky punt from the start.
Grr, Grr, Grr.
