Does anyone on this site use Updata Optimiser, is it as good as they claim?

Last week I downloaded a free trial of their Trader software. The Level 2 feature wasn't working for some reason & after 3 phone calls, Technical Support couldn't sort it out. They said they would look into it & call me back, but that was Wednesday & I haven't heard from them yet!

They seemed helpful on the phone, but I'm assuming that their software has some bugs in it. I would suggest you phone them & ask for a free evaluation of the software.
