aggregate industries (AGG)

Any advice on these, bought them a few months ago. I'm down about 10 per cent should I hold on or sell? Is dithering a common problem when you first start investing?

Advice? Sorry, no. If I said hold it'd fall and vice versa.

A couple of comments though ;-) About half their earnings come from the USA and will have been affected by the fall of the dollar, depends how much they've hedged I suppose as to its effect on the bottom line? They're also prone to loosing output if the weather's bad - I'd have thought that the UK weather this Autumn should have suited them, no idea about the USA though. I followed them a few years ago but they never dropped to my buy price at the time. The brokers seem to be expecting 7.4p eps for 2003 so a PE of around 12 at todays price. Seems about right to me. Others will have their own opinion.

Yes dithering is a problem when starting investing, just as it is when you've been investing for years ;-)
