MoneyAM Site launch - 23rd January 2003

Bullshare - 19 Jan 2003 01:41

As a precursor to our launch on the 23rd, we will be upgrading both hardware and software during the early part of the week.

I will be emailing everyone with more details on the launch as well as pricing and services that we will enable at that time.

This betatest phase has been invaluable and a huge thanks to everyone, to be honest we would not have been able to launch without you.

We will making sure that when we open up for business that we are careful about the introduction of products so we have decided to enable level 1 data first and level 2 data a few days later.

I hope you will, agree that by implementing a staged approach we can avoid any conflicts which might potentially affect the paid for services. I can assure you that level 2 is worth waiting for both in terms of product and pricing ( but then I am bias). I will next week announce an interesting and important tie up on level 2.

Regards

Mike

PS Off to bed, long day:-)

Mike
Good luck with the launch. But... I think like me you will find that a large number of people use the internet from work. You need to get this port 80 issue resolved before launch so that visitors get the full benefit of a visit to this site. If they come and cant get streaming, live trades etc they may well go away and not come back.

Gausie - 19 Jan 2003 09:40 - 5 of 67

Looking forward to the launch party.

Mike, it says on the invite that we should bring passports with us. Please can you confirm that you have *NOT* booked concorde?

Thanks

Gausie

Brasseye: All that Jazz?

Quote from Mike: "I don't care about expensive things, cashmere coats, diamond rings, Don't mean a thing. All I care about is love ...."

2Bob - 19 Jan 2003 13:44 - 12 of 67

I echo jeffmacks point that streaming/html stockwatch behind a firewall issue needs resolving.

Looking forward to having a look at the wider spread of services, particularly L2. I'm sure you don't need it but good luck for the day.
