HOUSEBUILDERS THREAD (HOUS)

FTreader - 19 Dec 2003 16:40

Signs of life in the housing sector this week. Lots of bullish statements from the likes of PSN,WMPY etc and the shares are actually going up! Admittedly the housing market looks a bit frothy, yet there has been no frenzy of buying the shares of housebuilders which is odd. I expect the city to throw caution to the wind next year, start bigging up this sector and watch the bubble form. Anyone else in for the ride?
