Trawled for high yield and resonable cover and found Sirdar (13% and 1.1) Why are they not flying?

Performed below expectations year end 30th June, they cannot see trading improvment in short term,plus additional charge of 1 million on pension scheme in the year ending 30th june 2004. Group profit for 2004,expected to fall well below 2003. The impact on these factors on interum divi,being considered. I would not buy myself,but good luck to you in whatever you decide.
