Canisp chairman mike hirschfield is also a director at Sirius Petroleum plc and has a good record of aquisitions. They are now effectively a cash shell looking for aquisitions since disposing of The Airtime Group a while ago and they have low gearing and cash in the bank. Could see some fireworks here in next few weeks !
