Can anyone tell me anything about this share, all I can find out is it has 10 major shareholders. I can't find any news coverage for this company. Can anyone help.

These shares are currently being pumped by Price Stone who are an illegal Spanish boiler room, the FSA have warned about Price Stone here:

The modus operandi of the boiler room is pump 'n' dump and sometimes they just basically screw their customers and steal their money (eg a boiler room called TITAN vc Zurich have done that, see:

Anyone dealing with Price Stone can basically kiss their money good bye.

The share price at the moment will be being manipuilated by the illegal Spanish boiler, if you buy now at this level then the risk is that they'll stop manipulating the price and it will crash leaving you with worthless shares.
