SPG Media was Sterling Publishing. PC Market Eye said today that on 2nd March the Chairman bought 150k & the CEO 25k. Today a new Non-Exec bought 150k. All at 12.25p Posted as the Home page said no Dir. buys today.

Not much going on here "Grandma" - no trading since 12 Mar - got any views?

It looks like its only you and me grandma. Up 6% this morning on the back of replacing the Chairman (or have I missed something?) but with very low volume. Perhaps its pre-arranged to give the ex Chairman extra return on his recent 150K purchase.

There was a reasonably positive statement yesterday which indicated that the outlook for 2004/2005 was bullish and they should return to profitability next year.I think the market is now waking up to this as a good recovery play on a 12-month view.It will be difficult to buy at these prices again unless the whole market collapses.
