Ive just added a Streaming Quote page to Terminal. This works rather like the
ordinary streaming quote page, but with a different layout optimized for
display within Terminal, and with the highlight colouring working a little
differently, as follows:

Mid/Change/Change% will all change together, and are coloured to indicate the
overall change on the day.
Bid/Offer/Last Trade are coloured to indicate the mos recent direction, i.e. if
Bid has just gone up, itll be in blue.
