Investors must have noticed the huge trades in Fundamental-E, in recent months, with little or no news flow to support it. Enquiries have turned up only brief press chatter, including Penny Shares magazine in January, but this does not explain the buying frenzy. Can anyone add to the following.
Entrepreneur Simon Eagle arrived in mid November, taking a stake of 10% = 18M shares. He ousted the old guard in early January and announced plans to turn the company into a multi-media operation for broadband, PC hardware, flat screen technology, telecoms and games etc.
On 2nd February,FEI acquired Europass Telecom for 12M shares.
On 6th February, new director Jonathan Nelson joined, he was already a director of Plasmon Group and various similar operations, supplying plasma TV screens and online content.
It sounds interesting, the chart looks good, so have added FEI to the gambling portfolio, where it joins CHR, ELA, IMD, LUP, RBI and ROS.
