Inside Track property investment - anyone got experience of them? (PROP)

dclinton - 07 Apr 2004 22:32

I've received a flyer in the post for a free seminar given by Inside Track on how to build a property portfolio. Does anyone here have any experience of these guys? Will I learn anything useful from the seminar or will they just give me the hard sell for something?

Just wondering if it is worth half a day of my time.

dclinton,

No such thing as a free lunch, so they have an angle somewhere!!!

may be worth attending if you are thinking of property investment, you never know what you might learn, and if there's no charge, why worry?

has anyone here attended one of these meetings?

Inside Track is run by a guy called Jim Moore.

I attended one of their 'free' Workshops in Sept 2002. Did not gain a great deal and was shocked at the end to learn that all would be revealed in a two day Seminar that would cost nearly 2,000 if you signed up there and then, otherwise approx 4,000.

I did not sign up, don't think many people attending did. Would be interesting to hear from someone who has actually attended the two day Seminar.

The article below is interesting....

Sutre - thanks very much for that pointer. I figured it would be something like that and it's nice to know I don't have to waste my time with it.

The flier reminded me too much of timeshare advertising so I guessed there'd be a hard sell in there somewhere.

Cheers,
Doug
