As I'm not that experienced when compared to most of you, how would the shareholders benefit from Easyjet being taken private again. Would it be an all share offer? Therefore, I suppose the offer would have to be attractive for them to agree to it? Would Easyjet now be worth investing in at its current levels, even though the news recently hasn't been good.
