Long term / Value Investing Course - 25th June 2004 (VALU)

Hi all, Global Markets training have asked me to run a one day course on 25th June. You may have seen the pop up.

http://www.glomtc.com

If you wish to strike a balance between earning a good return on your money and still having a full life outside of your investments or simply need to regain control of your finances then this is the course for you. I'll spend a day talking you through my accumulated experience and you can fire questions and queries throughout the day.

I don't do that many (I think the last one was two years ago) so this is likely your only chance for some time. If you have read the financial press you may have seen one or more of my articles. Keep your eye out for Shares magazine this week and you will see another one.

In the morning we will cover various aspects of theory and in the afternoon we will use what we have learnt to explore the market and make some judgements on what is out there at the moment.

I started investing fourteen years ago and gradually is has got me to the point where I no longer have a "Normal" job.

It has taken a lot of time, money and effort but you can hear my experiences and recommendations by registering your interest with Global markets training.

Spaces are very limited as I only have time to speak infrequently due to other commitments. I am a full time investor and arbitrageur and not a full time trainer so you can be sure to hear it all from the front line.

It would be great to see you at one of the courses.

Incidentally, to kick off the course, I'll show you something that will repay the course fee in quick step. Conditions apply!!

Currently spending today re-reading and revising the 100+ pages of the course manual.

For interest:-

I use a unit accounting system to value my investments net of any cash movements in or out of my investment funds. I first issued units at 10p in 1990 and since then they have grown as show on the following graph.
