cmc posted a trade for me this morning. This trade was was a short on the dow at 10380. Time was 8.57 this morning the DOW was trading around 10475 but i was told that I had actually executed it yesterday but they had not recorded it then. I argued that my short from yesterday had hit a stop loss at 10411 and i had gone long from 10407 when it retraced slightly.

They claim that they cannot see my trades , all they see is the fact that I had made a trade yesterday and as they had failed to record it yesterday, they have now done so this morning and the trade stands as valid, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO REORD OF IT IN ANY OF THE STATEMENTS THAT I HAVE!
Has any one got any advice for me as this has put me in a bad financial position and CMC are very adamant even though I do not agree with what they are saying.

You may be better off posting this in the traders room where they trade more regularly and a lot of them use CMC.
