At about 0925 there was a brief outage caused by our BGP rerouting to bypass a network outage somewhere on the net.

There may be a few other short (1 or so) minute outages and everything adjusts itself.

There are continuing intermitent probelms occuring due to the network outage on the net as described above, which may cause temporary slowness or 'sticking' on the site.
