I have been following this company for a few months now since it has floated, and it looks significantly undervalued.
Since it was tipped in IC a few weeks ago, there hasn't been much interest. Basically the firm acquires small profitable insurance brokers on very good terms. It is already generating profit and I believe there is no reason why this shouldn't be 1.20-1.30 as things stand and over the next month or so.
I think mm's haven't moved the price that much because there is a venture capitalist in there and probably think he will sell. The presentation I went to told the audience he is not going to sell and is a friend of the chief executive and is in it for the long term.
I think mms are short too at the moment.
Anyone have any thoughts??

Not necessarily!! As I said abbie, the vc is in it for the long term. 3 smallish buyers today. mm is short, I think a 1 way bet from here.

Its only a matter of time before these move, 4 buyers and no sellers today already totalling 17k plus. All buyers in the past few wks and only 1 seller.
I really think these are going to move.

Hey, I have some of these. Yes they look good to me... by next year est 10m cash.. I make the share price around 1.50 plus. I have noticed that a new website called TRENDWATCH (www.trendwatch.co.uk) has tipped them as a BUY... I will post the research later if I can find it. Also shares magazine commented after a recent letter:
'Broker network comprises over 130 independent community insurance brokers or Members, who place all of their business with the Broker Network while retaining their own trading brand in their own local community. The Network provides centralised services and a cost-effective distribution channel.
The idea is to acquire new members as local small outfits either sell out or as the broker simply retires. And with the FSA spreading its regulatory wings to include insurance, it looks as though a fair number of independent operators will be priced out of the market. This highlights the economies of scale even more.
This is the sort of operation that Park Row used to operate involving IFA's. The business was so successful it was taken over. EVEN IF BROKER NETWORK DOES NOT GO THE SAME WAY IT IS CLEAR THAT THERE IS PLENTY OF POTENTIAL HERE.'
Another acquisition last week indicates that it is actively seeking to take brokers over... there is only one way these are going from here.

yes there are profitmaker.. The results are going to be announced before end of november. Because of the type of company it is, you can have a very good idea of their results.
Investors Chronicle tipped them as a buy 2 months ago and I certainly can't see them changing them to a sell. They have put an analyst on to them and will I am sure report on them soon.
My letter was published in shares magazine as safe hands pointed out, and they commented that it is a very good company and has massive prospects. Also, as safe hands said, they were tipped by trendwatch magazine, I too have managed to get a copy of the article and will put it on when I will type it up later.
My broker speaks to winterfloods regular - one of the market makers on the stock and they admitted that they were short on stock at 61p when me and a few friends bought. There have been many buys and haven't moved the price and any seller is getting 73.5p when the bid is 71p... this is a good thing. I think they are just keeping the price down because there is no story at the moment. Just you wait until it starts getting tipped.
I strongly recommend you to hold these puppies... if they are not a pound before christmas then I will show my backside to Leeds Town Hall steps!!!
I have bought a company called Belgravium Technologies (BVM) recently, it has plenty of cash, results were good - it is making 700k + profit and easily on target for its full year results. The company makes scanning equipment usually used for stocktakes linked to mainframe computers... it is a company in Bradford, not too far from me, which my broker has been to see, and he was nothing short of positive about them.... you can pick them up at 12p and should easily get 15p for them in the not too distant future.

Hi again Legend, I was lucky enough to get out of TES unscathed and picked up a few of these a couple of days after.
I have to admit, I am happier to be in these than in TES. There is guaranteed value in these and even if there many sellers, value always tends to come through.
What price will you be selling??

I will be selling at least 1.50... plenty of buys today. It doesn't really concern me if there are sellers around, there is clearly value in this company.

it is due to report before end of nov... can't see what can go wrong to be honest.. there are going to be many changes to the insurance industry as of january next year, this company will benefit massively from this.
The article in trend watch explains how very well... i am not selling for less than 1.50 sir.
