I have shares in AMEC and picked up on a newsreel suggesting that a bid was being touted around some of the major shareholders (see digitallook newsflow). Company looks reasonably valued but UK orders have slowed. News report suggested that one of the US partners/rivals was looking to bid 4 per share.
