Notice of application for the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM

19 November 2009: The Medical House PLC ("TMH") (AIM:MLH), the drug delivery specialist, announces that it has been informed by Consort Medical plc ("Consort") that, as at 19 November 2009, Consort either owned or had received valid acceptances in respect of, in aggregate, in excess of 95 per cent. of the voting rights attached to the existing issued share capital of TMH and that Consort would now procure the making of an application by TMH for the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM.

TMH has made an application to the London Stock Exchange for the cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM. It is anticipated that cancellation of the admission to trading on AIM will take effect on 18 December 2009, being the required notice period, such notice period having now commenced, of not less than 20 business days following the date of this announcement.

Terms used in this announcement shall have the meaning given to them in the Offer Document dated 24 September 2009, unless the context requires otherwise.
