Any news on this company ? Mr Ramsden seems quite enthusiastic !

Increased shareholding
Mr Terry Ramsden informed the company today that he had increased his
shareholding in the capital of the company by the acquisition of twenty million
ordinary shares (11.11%) under an option agreement at a price of 9 pence per
share, which concluded today. Mr Ramsden now owns a total of forty-six million
seven hundred thousand shares, 25.94% in the company.
When informing the company of his increased shareholding, Mr. Ramsden stated
that the option had been exercised in full and that he was pleased to
strengthen his support for the company.
Mr Philip Reid, Chairman, commented that this represented a significant
development for the company, cementing the relationship between Caplay and Mr
Ramsden, the largest shareholder in the company, who is a also a significant
shareholder in Private Treaty Market Limited ('PTML'), a company in which
Caplay has invested by means of a convertible loan, and is at present acquiring
shareholdings in or developing joint ventures with licencees of the PTML
technology.

well what happened today, something tells me something in the air, maybe Mr Ramsden will wait for a share drop and then increase his holdings, maybe I would like a little more information before my christmas punt. any takers?
