Mr Moore resigned as a director of Spotlight Advertising Limited on 30th June,
1998. Spotlight Advertising Limited went into liquidation by an order dated 8th
October, 1998. Mr Moore was a director of Retreads International Limited when it
was placed into administrative receivership on 10th October, 1997 and
subsequently put into liquidation on 5th January, 1998. He resigned on 10th
July, 1998. Mr Moore resigned as a director of The International Sportsmen's
Club plc on 4th February, 1999. This company was subsequently placed into
liquidation by an order made on 6th January, 2000. On 7th November, 2000 Mr
Moore resigned as a director of Mill House Media Company Limited, which was
placed into receivership on 30th March, 2001. Mr Moore was a director of Netrest
Limited. He resigned on 5th September, 2000 and the company was subsequently
placed into liquidation on 5th March, 2001.

Oi! ZYZ is mine. I was instrumental in introducing it to the well known investor Joseph Logica2me more than 2 years ago. (See early correspondence on ADVFN if you don't believe me -- I figure as "Pat O Hat"). The tale has taken many twists and turns, and it will always have my fondest feelings, but not my money.
PS that Gausie had me in the back of his car once, I owe him a ride (when I get a car)...

Well just to make things completely clear, Gausie was in the front of the car throughout, obviously as he was driving it :-)
Hoots was in the shotgun position (it was at the PDX bash last year).
Funny how shares you think are completely hopeless (ZYZ) can still make money for someone isn't it? Oh well enough dribbling
