A couple of years ago I used to receive a weekly email from GNI (Prepared by Domonic Connolly). It listed all the current takeovers,mergers, share buybacks,reconstructions & other special situations.I found it to be most useful.

They seem to have stopped preparing this document. I would like to find another source of this information.

Does any one know of a similar service or listing of this information?
