my dad has just produced a form requiring/requesting completion BY 20th!!
about this schem

as i understand it ,it is offereing to puit the centrica share into a nominee account for him

he has not produced any back up docs for me to see full details

am i correct
should he do it and why??

would be grateful for any help/advice ASP please
