Playing with Covered Warrants on Indexes (Indices ?).

Where would you get your key buying/selling signals on Index direction & levels.

I can find stuff on Nasdaq/S&P/DJ but little on FTSE/DAX/HangSeng etc etc

I ask 'cause I'm expecting a FTSE level of 4600 'ish by the end of Nov but would like to know what others think before I put on a trade.
