Clothing Trade Star (JQV)

skreen - 10 Jan 2005 16:59

Jacques Vert is trading at less than five times next years earnings, has outperformed all other clothing retailers in the last three months and has an excellent sales to capitalisation ration. There is also an outside possibility of a takeover bid.

I agree! I have bought a lot of them due to their low valuation. Christmas has been a bit tricky for may retailers, but from what you say this has not been the case for JQV.

Skreen can you tell me where you read about the last 3 months performance?

While the fundamentals remain excellent it is now stuck in a narrow trading range in low volume. Wait until it has broken 17 pence before getting in again.

It took a long time, but the overhang in the share price is now gone and it looks an excellent buy.
