Help !

I am looking at mortgages for a Spanish property, and am having difficulties with quotes.

Some are based on the EURIBOR rate, and some on the IRPHce.

Now the EURIBOR rate is easy to find data for, on www.euribor.org, but I can not even find out what the IRPHce is, let alone find out any data for it!
