In the US last night, renewed concerns about slowing earnings growth, coupled with profit taking and a strong bearish bias, proved too powerful for buyers to make much of HP's positive management change...
The Dow closed off 60.52 points at 10,664.11 with the Nasdaq 34.13 points lighter at 2,052.55 and the S&P500 down 10.31 points at 1,191.99.
What concerns me is the higher it goes the further the
downwards bounce could be when it comes!
(and I'm usually an optimist, but it's risen too quickly for me)
:>)
Thats when Stop losses come into their own - except as I recently discovered - if a share drops so fast, it misses the stop loss price it won't kick in!
