Dow Jones report saying OGI had won the Hamrin tender

As Petrel are the favourites for the S&L tender (see previous thread on the pre-feasabilty study they completed, also they have data on the field back from 1999), alot of people buying back in on the fall, as a retrace is expected as we come closer to the S&L announcement.
