This morning at about 1am our network supplier had a card blow up in one of their switches. Unfortunately the failover process didn't take place (reasons why are being investigated) and they have been working to resolve the aftermath of that problem.
Unfortunately access to MoneyAM during this period wasn't possible and there wasn't anything that we were able to do to work around this.
We are now fully functional again. Our internal systems continued to run throughout the outage and we haven't lost any price data.
