Early in 2004 Team Oil ( www.teamoil.com ) became associated with Granby Enterprises Ltd. which was founded in 2002 by Martin Whitehead and Richard Moreton, also former executives of Enterprise Oil plc. Granby Enterprises ( www.granbyenterprises.com ) is primarily focused on the UK North Sea with the aim of acquiring quality prospects through the DTI promote licencing rounds. Granby Enterprises also has extensive worldwide basin experience including North Africa (particularly Morocco) and Central Africa. Team Oil and Granby Enterprises now share common directors and management teams which efficiently combine Granby Enterprises' exploration experience with Team Oil's production and development experience giving Team Oil/Granby Enterprises the full upstream exploration and production capability.

In July 2004 Granby Enterprises was involved with the listing of a new company on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) called Elixir Petroleum Limited. Details of the listing and the prospectus can be obtained on www.elixirpetroleum.com.au Elixir Petroleum through an Alliance Deed is working with Granby Enterprises for its activities through the 22nd and 23rd UKCS Licencing Rounds.

'As an example of our capabilities Team Oil has negotiated a farm-in to a highly attractive but technically challenging proven oilfield discovery in the Far East region. Team Oil is working with the existing owners to develop the Field. Team Oil has prepared a development plan and sub-surface study to operate the field and is putting together a financing structure to drill a minimum of two wells with production facilities operating in the region of 25,000 bopd. First oil is targeted for the third/fourth quarter of 2005.'

The Teamoil website is still up and running.
Def worth a look.

too true. buy a million!

i just hate seeing a thread die from lack of interst. will put it on watch and please send me a private email if anything is happening!

jimmy b - 21 Jun 2005 11:41 - 12 of 138

I think its already happened this morning proptrade..

wilbs - 21 Jun 2005 11:50 - 13 of 138

I did get in early. I will keep the thread updated along with ELP & BOR. ELP & GOIL are UK partners.

'Granby (AIM Code: GOIL) successfully raised 10 million and was admitted to AIM
on Wednesday, 15 June. At the issue price of 0.84 Granby is capitalised at
around 21.6 million (A$51.8 million).

Given the difficult market conditions experienced over recent weeks and the
adverse publicity surrounding a number of AIM stocks, Granby's capital raising
is a strong endorsement of the Granby-Elixir North Sea exploration portfolio.

With both Elixir and Granby adequately funded following their respective AIM
listings, Elixir looks forward to pursuing joint exploration activity across the
existing 22nd Round blocks and hopefully within successful applications from the
current 23rd Round.'

The 20,000 was a buy.

wilbs - 21 Jun 2005 12:16 - 15 of 138

seawallwalker - 21 Jun 2005 12:58 - 16 of 138

Yes the 20k was.

Now is the time to keep a good eye wilbs.

The ask is dropping on buys, so apparently no reason for it except that this may be higher than the mm's think it should be.

If it ticks again, that may be followed by a quicker drop.

If you have a bit of slack, you could afford to see if that happens.

All imo etc.

(edited god eye refers to an Englishman pretending to speak French. 'Allo 'Allo)

seawallwalker - 21 Jun 2005 15:21 - 17 of 138

Well, it's still plus 7p but this pattern has occurred with a couple of floats in this E & P sector lately.

The last one was GBP.

You still in wilbs or did you take the money?

wilbs - 21 Jun 2005 15:30 - 18 of 138

Im staying in. They have a good future and a good management team behind them, im also in ELP and they should work well together in the North Sea. News on the potential offshore oil field development in the Philippines must be hiding round the corner waiting to pop its head round. Any big dips and I will look to add.
