This is a Scottish property investment and fund management company. Results are due on the 6th September. As far as I can see several directors bought huge chunks of shares just before the close period a couple of months ago. Some buying today at 77p.
Definitely worth investigating.

U bought in on this? Just wondered if ur looking at it longterm..... Gonna look into them coz I'm interested how these new Reits are gonna affect property companies shares prices. Just from a bit of skim reading, looks like the sector could have a nice rise of the next year or so.

I might have come in on this one if I had some cash. Def looks like the growth is there from their results, and having those director dealings always brings possibilities to mind...... On my watch list. I'll see how it does over the next few days.

This went a bit quiet after the initial bid approach in September. Suddenly livened up since Monday.
I reckon that long awaited bid is about to materialise (all IMHO etc etc).
If it does then 125p should be the absolute minimum.
