This is all new to me, so here goes my 'big investment'.

What do you think of the real estate potential in Montenegro? I was thinking to invest in property there. I realise it is quite a high risk, but wondered what other forum users thought. I have watched with interest the rises in other real estate where Uk buyers have invested, namely, Spain, Croatia and Bulgaria (the latter yet to achieve I feel).
Well, I am just after a general gut response to this (no pun intended), so any comments would be appreciated.
