Apologies for not being able to answer all your phone calls this morning but we've been trying to rectify this problem.
We've spoken to Comstock (our feed supplier) and in their words 'things have blown up' and they're having problems with their UK Level 1, UK Level 2 and some international feeds.
They've got their developers in the US working on fixing it as I type but they're unable to provide an ETA due to the scope of the work.
It's not a localised problem (so they can't switch us onto another feed) and it's affecting all their other clients too.
